Permanent residence permit

Permanent residence permit.

In order to obtain a permanent residence permit, you must satisfy both the requirement to acquire a continued residence permit based on your current permit and the special requirement for a permanent residence permit under ch.5 s.7 Aliens Act.

For the special requirement for a permanent residence permit, you must show that you are a person of good character and that you can support yourself financially in Sweden.

We strive to ensure your case processing time meets the regulatory compliance regulation.

If you face delays in your immigration cases, we will intervene on your behalf so that your case will be dealt with expeditiously.
