13. Arbitration Consent and Rules
13. 1. You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim relating to,
connected with, or arising out of this agreement, including any question
regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be settled by
arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules set forth in this section.
13. 2.
Any party may choose to request an external independent arbitrator to be
appointed by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce
(hereinafter "SCC").
13.
3. Any arbitration rules stated in this agreement shall be the only binding
arbitration rules that will be used for any dispute resolution including the
one conducted via SCC service.
13. 4. The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of one
sole arbitrator selected independently by the SCC or mutually by both parties
to this agreement.
13. 5. The language to be used in the arbitral
proceedings shall be English. All submission of documents or witness statements
in language other than English, with the exception of Swedish language, must be
translated to English. Each party shall be responsible for the cost of any
translation for their part.
13. 6. The award of the arbitration shall not exceed
more than 2,000 EUR (two thousands Euro).
13. 7. I accept that the party that initiates the
arbitration proceeding shall bear all costs and fees related to the arbitration
this includes inter alia the cost of the arbitrator(s), SCC administrative
fees, and the cost arbitration venue.
13. 8. The party that initiates the appointment of
arbitrator(s), mediator(a), evaluator(s) by SCC shall pay any fees imposed by
SCC.
13. 9. The parties shall each bear their own legal
representatives' fees if they decide to use any representation.
13. 10. The Seat of the Arbitration shall be in
Stockholm, Sweden.
