to, marketing firms, auditors, third-party legal counsel, financial
institutions, online marketplaces for services, and external websites.

slavery and human trafficking outcomes
Edelweiss strives to ensure
that appropriate measures are in place to assess, manage, and minimise the
risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. In all client interviews,
whether initial or follow-up interviews, we take appropriate steps to verify the
identities of our clients. These measures are intended to ensure that our
legal representation does not facilitate or contribute to human trafficking or
human smuggling activities into Europe.
The Firm also regularly takes
steps to ensure that it does not outsource any of its work to foreign
businesses or enterprises whose business practices violate, or are at risk of
violating, the principles of the UN Global Compact.
