Our
CFA payment plan, also colloquially known as the "no win, no fee"
agreement, is designed to provide a degree of economic flexibility for those
who cannot afford to pursue litigation or those who are ineligible for legal
aid.
This plan is only applicable in some types of litigious and non-litigious cases. A CFA payment plan means that if the court's decision is unfavorable for the client, they
do not have any obligation whatsoever to pay our lawyers any legal fee outside any pre-determined retainer fees that fully cover consultation and pre-trial costs.
